Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ppvip77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ppvip77 website or its associated services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using ppvip77 and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revision to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.

ppvip77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or by email where reasonably practicable. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when this version came into force.

This Agreement must be read in conjunction with the ppvip77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be commun icated from time to time. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in relation to the specific promotion only.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification.

We are committed to preventing underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, conduct a full review, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonuses applied.

Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ppvip77. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly in most cases. Bonus & Promotions Policy

In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by ppvip77:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at all times and promptly notify ppvip77 of any changes to your registered details.

ppvip77 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct using a combination of automated systems and manual review. Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ppvip77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game interfaces, and software — is the property of ppvip77 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ppvip77 for your personal, non-commercial use only, strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of ppvip77 content for commercial purposes.
• Frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of ppvip77 without prior written consent.
• Use any meta tags or hidden text utilising ppvip77's name or trademarks without our express written consent.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any software forming part of the ppvip77 platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content on ppvip77.

Game titles and associated intellectual property displayed on ppvip77 (including games by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective developers and publishers. ppvip77 operates these games under licence arrangements with the relevant providers.

Account Suspension & Closure

ppvip77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Use of the platform by an underage individual.
• Requests for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or formal request from a law enforcement authority in Bangladesh.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to an administrative fee of ৳50 per month after the dormancy period. ppvip77 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy fee.

When an account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary self-closure), ppvip77 will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

When an account is closed by ppvip77 due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the platform reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus balances. Any such forfeiture will be communicated in writing to the email address registered on the account.

Players who have been self-excluded through our Responsible Gaming tools may not register a new account on ppvip77 for the duration of the exclusion period. Any new account created during a self-exclusion period will be immediately closed, and any funds deposited during that period will be returned to the originating payment method without the ability to wager.

To voluntarily close your ppvip77 account, contact our support team at support@ppvip77 with a written account closure request. Please include your registered username and the reason for closure. Our team will process your request within 2 business days and confirm closure by email.

Disclaimer, Liability & Governing Law

ppvip77 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppvip77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, delayed withdrawals outside our control, or third-party payment provider outages. Our aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ppvip77 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be referred to the competent courts or alternative dispute resolution body in the applicable jurisdiction.
